Our privacy policy, which applies to all users of our Website, the Little POS mobile device application (“App”) and any and all services provided by Little through the Website and/or App (the “Service”), is designed to explain the information we collect and how we use it to provide our services and give users a better experience (“Privacy policy”). This Privacy policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Use. By agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information and other information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using our LITTLE POS APP. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect:

We do not store, collect or process any sensitive data such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs; trade-union membership; genetic data, biometric data processed solely to identify a human being; health-related data; data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation. We may gather both 'Customer Information' and 'Anonymous Information' during your use of our service. Customer Information comprises details that enable contact or identification, such as full name, email address, phone number, order specifics, payment method, billing details, profile image, and information related to the order (e.g., delivery address). 'Anonymous Information' refers to data that cannot be used for direct contact or identification and is not associated with information enabling such identification. This category includes passive data related to customer activities within the system, like order history, to the extent that it is not connected to Customer Information. Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, including log files, device information, and analytics data.

3. How We Use Your Information:

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you about the App. We may also use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes. We gather your information to establish a user account and generate a login PIN. This information specifically includes your email address, which serves as the login credential for accessing the Little POS App.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for the functioning of the App or when required by law.

5. Access and correction

You can access and update your personal data via the Little App.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Little Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

  • the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
  • any errors or defects will be corrected;
  • the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Retention

Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active user (Merchant) account. If your account is closed, personal data will be deleted (according to the policies set out in this section) from the databases, unless such data is required to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.

  • Financial data regarding merchant services provided to customers will be stored for 3 years after the last journey.
  • Data required for accounting purposes will be stored for 7 years.
  • In the event that there are suspicions of a criminal offence, fraud or false information having been provided, the data will be stored for 10 years.
  • Merchant transaction history data will be stored for 3 years, after which the data will be anonymized.
  • Please note that the deinstallation of Little POS App in your device does not cause the deletion of your personal data.
  • If the Little POS App has not been used for 3 years, we will notify you and ask you to confirm whether account is still active. If no reply is received, the account will be closed and personal data will be deleted unless such data is required to be stored for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes

8. Deletion

You should also bear in mind that any request to delete your personal data is possible only if we delete your account. As a result of that you will not be able to use Little POS App via an account which has been deleted. We respond to any request for to delete personal data submitted by e-mail within a month and will specify the period of data deletion.

9. Security

We are very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ all reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email, text or conspicuous posting on the Website in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as it is consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system. Although guaranteed security does not exist either on or off the Internet, we make commercially reasonable efforts to make the collection and security of such information consistent with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Cross-Border Data Transfer

We may transfer personal data we have collected from you to a third-party data processor located outside your country. Please be aware that such countries may not have the same level of data protection as your country, however our collection, storage and use of your personal data will continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we advise you otherwise. However, we will not use your Personal Information in a way that is materially different from the uses described in this Privacy Policy without giving you an opportunity to opt out. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance of the changes through the Website and/or App or through other means, such as email. Your continued use of the Service after this Privacy Policy has been amended shall be deemed to be your continued acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, as amended.
